Who We Are

Eco Glaze is a double glazing installer based at Radclyffe House, 66-68 Hagley Rd, Birmingham B16 8PF, about a mile west of Birmingham city centre. We supply and fit uPVC and aluminium windows, composite and uPVC doors, bifold and patio doors, conservatories and porches, and we repair and reglaze existing windows and doors.

Most of our work is within a short drive of the Hagley Road, in neighbourhoods such as Edgbaston, Harborne, Moseley and Kings Heath, but we cover the whole of Birmingham as well as Sutton Coldfield and Solihull.

What the Eco in Eco Glaze Means

Good glazing is one of the simplest ways to make a home warmer and cheaper to heat. The Energy Saving Trust estimates that replacing single glazing with A-rated double glazing saves a typical semi-detached home around £85 and 290kg of CO2 a year. That is why we quote A-rated glass as standard and build every installation to the Part L energy rules introduced in 2022.

It also means not replacing things that do not need replacing. If a frame is sound and only the glass has misted, we will tell you, and replace just the sealed unit. It costs you less and keeps a perfectly good frame out of landfill.

How We Work

• Seven days a week. We are open Monday to Sunday, 9am to 7pm, for calls and home surveys.
• Fixed written quotes. No pressure selling and no prices that change on the day.
• Planning checked first. We check conservation areas and Article 4 directions before you order.
• Certified work. Every window and door installation is registered so you receive a compliance certificate.
• Tidy fitting. Floors protected, old frames removed and everything cleaned before we leave.
